Family Radio and Merlin Media have announced that Merlin Media will buy Family Radio's radio station in Philadelphia. The station, WKDN, is licensed to Camden, NJ but covers the entire Philadelphia market with 38,000 watts ERP. The purchase price has not yet been disclosed. The station is expected to flip formats but nothing has been formally announced. Speculation is the station will flip to news like two other Merlin stations have done.
