Code I am a full time custom knife maker. I hand made combat knives for our U. S. Military Special Force Unit going to Iraq in 2005. I am also now making combat/Survival knives for a U.S. Military K-9 Unit A-Team. I Have a huge order for combat and Survival knives for our service men and women "nurse" that are going to battle. Because I Hand make each knife one at a time I have had to employ several people to help me complete the task in the last couple years. I have employed eight new people to help me build these knives.I am a retired U. S. Marine that moved from Florida to the Kansas City area in Raymore MO 1996 and built my home with a large garage knife making shop area. My wife works at Sprint. My wife Sandra is also a teacher she taught high school Math and computer in Florida for 20 years. I love making a product that can support out military men and women. I will be doing this work until I am no longer able. I listened to 94.9 today and they said to contact them at Cumulus Radio.com if I am creating jobs for many people to work making money. That is what I am doing. I can give you more detail information once you email me back If you need it. Sincerely, Knife maker Colin Cox

I REALLY miss Tom Kent's The Ultimate Party Show. What happened to it!I like the regular music on 94.9 KCMO FM-IT'S GOOD.But,I like a national show on a Saturday night, because a national show plays EVEN MORE of a VARIETY of songs that I don't hear ANYWHERE ELSE-disco,soul,old R&B,one-hit wonders, funk, soft rock, classic rock, old school,AND MORE!PLEASE BRING A SHOW LIKE TOM KENT'S SHOW BACK TO SATURDAY NIGHT!

Please pass on to seve o in the 2pm show that his political comments have no place on a music station....maybe he needs a talk program instead...there is enough bias in news and I choose this station as a getaway....if he continues I will listen to a different station and tell my friends to do so also

Happy Holidays! I love 94.9 -- I have listened to it for years at home, at work, in my car. I wish that when you start playing Christmas Music you could add a few new songs -- I have listened for years and it seems like the Christmas selection has been the same for years. There are so many new songs out there -- couldn't you just add a few new ones every year! Thanks for listening to my reply!

Hi, my wife were listening to your Christmas music on Sunday around 7pm (we love your music) and the announcer talked about a couple of shopping discount sites. I was driving at the time and couldn't remember and wasn't able to write them down. Could you share those sites again please? Thanks.

Wondered if there is a reason that you keep playing Casey Kasem from the 1980's on sunday morning? What happened to the earlier shows? In fact, do you not play the 1960s and 1970s anymore on your station?

You should listen to Melissa Ethridge’s Chiefs Song. It’s on YouTube. It’s great.
