1.5 week ago Baltimore City Police detained me inappropriately. The officers jumped in front of my vehicle when I was pulling out of a parking spot forcing me to provide information to b a witness when I was not required to do so according to one of the officers. In an attempt to get the information, two of the officers threatened me and stated that they will charge me with moving violations by saying I tried to run over an officer and that I ran over another officer's foot (false) for the purpose of getting information from me. I immediately locked myself in the car and called 911 for a supervisor. I was released about .5 hour later. I reported this incident to the Mayor representative and the US Attorney's Office. However, I have not been contacted. I want this matter to be addressed because it should not have happened. I feel as though my rights have been violated. Can you assist. Brown

I have spoken to numerous woman who admitted that at one or another they did prostitute and have been arrested for engaging in prostitution. They also shared with me how some of the male police who apprehended them proprositioned them telling them if they have sex or oral sex with them he would not arrest her. After performing the sex act for them the officer would still artest. The women felt they have no recourse against these police officers, because what judge would take a prostitute wlrd over that of a police officer? This happens more times than you think.
