Below is an a-mail I sent to Jim Rome on Jan. 2nd & received a ZERO response!! Thought your radio station might be interested!!
I have to tell you that I am veeerrrrrryyyyy disappointed that the Jungle is now on WHFS-AM 1010 in the Tampa (Land O Lakes) market. Having not listened to that station before I tuned in today & their station is full of background static noise. So much so that it makes your show very difficult to listen to, if not impossible. First I tried my Yamaha receiver (normally I use this) that has an external AM/FM attenna. Static!! I then tried my Bose Wave radio. Static!! Horrible!! I then had to get in my car to go to an appointment. Worse yet!!
Could not listen in the car. Turned on Jay Moher!!
Is their something you can do about having them increase their signal strength?? I hope so!!
An avid listener in Tampa (Land O Lakes) needs your help!!

AT ONE TIME THIS STATION WAS PART OF THE CBS RADIO CLUSTER SERVING TAMPA/ST. PETE. IN NOVEMBER 2014 THIE STATION WAS PURCHASED BY BEASLEY BROADCASTING GROUP AS PART OF A SWAP DEAL WITH SEVERAL STATIONS, AND IT'S PROGRAMMING WAS CHANGED TO FINANCIAL TALK/NEWS AS "MONEYTALK 1010" WITH A LIKE PROGRAMMING STATION SERVING THE PALM BEACH FL AREA.
