This is for the French/Creole radio station. I'm not sure if it is WJBW. I did find the station on 1000 AM dial. On the afternoon of Sat. 9th Aug. 2014 just before 4PM (1600), two songs were aired before the prayer. I would like to know the names of the two songs please. They were both in French/Creole.

After purchasing a car from Commuter cars in Port St Lucie just over 30 days ago. Worst decision ever made. I still haven't received the title and they just informed me 6 days ago that I would have to pay another $189 for the registration after paying $7550 for a 2006 Nissan Maxima. They took advantage of both my elderly grandma as well as myself, a Disabled Veteran. Within 24 hours of purchase the check engine light came on & has yet to turn off. I still haven't received the title either & my temp tag expired Sunday. I can't even drive the car if I wanted to since the brakes went out. I've asked numerous times to speak with someone higher up since Matt from the PSL location was rude & told me basically they don't care I bought it As-Is. I called them not even 24hrs later to discuss the check engine light. I brought it to their shop only to be told there's a leak in my fuel line but they don't fix that. They don't seem to fix anything or be willing to help. My grandmother paid cash, no discount no nothing, oh but let's add another $700 for tags title & registration. At 1st I was just gonna transfer my registration from my 1998 Saturn to the 06 Maxima we purchased however the car has so many issues I can't even drive it. All they did was bubble gum this lemon & overcharge. After doing some research I found the car is barley worth $3,000, so I'm already upside down over $4,500. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone & seeing as they don't care about their customers, I now feel I have NO choice but to contact the local news stations, better business bureau, local newspaper & the state attorney general. I've begged to have someone contact me cause this is absolutely ridiculous & they still want more money. I don't know what else to do so I must take action, I've been patient enough with this company. All I wanted was someone to help me but they've yet to contact me. I want people to know what this company has put me through. PLEASE be very careful using this company, they don't keep it honest, they'd rather take advantage of people to make money. On Monday I had a Dr's appointment, as I began driving the car it started making this really loud nasty screeching noise and so I had to cancel an extremely important appointment. I then called around about getting the brakes done. I then had to have the car towed to the location, which then informed me that it's going to cost me another $2200 just to get the car in working condition. I truly believe they knew exactly what they were doing when they sold me this car, and took advantage of both my elderly grandmother as well as myself a disabled veteran. I now have NO way to get to my mandatory Dr appointments at the VA. I've been begging for someone to contact me and yet I'm still waiting. This company clearly doesn't care about their reputation or their customers. I will now be contacting the local news station, newspaper, and state attorney general, as they've left me NO choice. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I must do whatever I need to do in order to make sure EVERYONE knows how shady these people are. The $3500 and my grandmother paid $7550, plus another $180 for registration as well as the minor repairs I've had to make just to drive the car. The car is no longer drivable as it needs so much work. I've called and begged and begged for someone from the company to contact me so that maybe we could come to an agreement. I cannot bring the car to any of the locations as I reside in Kissimmee. This is the worst decision I've made in a long time. I'm a Disabled Veteran who served in Iraq from 2002-2003 and my grandmother who paid for the car is in her 80's. I didn't even have the car 24 hours before the check engine light came on. Of course they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays so I wasn't able to speak to Matt the manager until Monday but I did leave numerous messages about this situation. When I finally got a hold of him, he basically told me I bought it "As-Is" and there's nothing he can do. The car isn't even worth $3000, and they don't even wanna take it as a trade in. I'm now at a loss, there's so much wrong with this car. Everything from the wrong fluids in the steering fluid, to the wrong size tires on the car, I was also informed that the car hadn't been serviced in years. The motor mounts are also going. When I brought the car back to their shop they clearly would've seen all these issues and yes I have it in writing that these issues did not just start having problems, these issues had occurred previously and the shop would've been able to see these things the day they looked at the car. This has now become an issue in my life. I never imagined a company would sell a car that has so many problems. I understand that I am at fault in some ways for not doing the proper research however, this company isn't doing anything to help me at all. I haven't even heard from anyone other then the woman who does the tags, she says there's nothing she can do either and by the way I need another $180 for the registration. I've asked her a number of times to please have someone higher up call me because I didn't wanna have to contact the local media yet NOBODY has called me and now the car is sitting somewhere because I can't afford to fix everything that's wrong with it. I live off of disability and my grandmother used the money my grandfather left her when he passed away last year to purchase this car. I don't know what else I can do but I want people to be aware of this company and know that they don't care once you sign the paperwork. The car was purchased so that I could get back and forth to my VA appointments, I cannot afford to loose my disability. All I want is for someone to care and help me fix the situation. My grandmother paid $7550 for a car worth less than $3000, plus I had to pay another $180 for the registration. They definitely took advantage of the fact that an elderly woman was willing to buy her disabled granddaughter a vehicle. I would like to make EVERYONE aware of this company and the shady stuff they do. Sincerely, Kathryn Walker

WJBW 1000 AM, once known as Radio Azure with a brokered French Creole format to serve the Haitian community and is dark and off the air as of September 2017. It is a relatively new station, going on the air in 1992 and was the sister station to 99.5 FM, itself a newly put on the air station in 1992. 1000 AM was WMLZ for about five years, became WJBW from 97 to 99, then WDBE, then WDBF in 2001 (when James Crystal Radio briefly owned it), then WJBW by the early 2000s. The WJBW call letters were used by 99.5 FM in Jupiter, Florida and ran an oldies/nostalgia/MOR format featuring music from the 40s to the 70s. It became a Top rated FM in West Palm Beach. Then 99.5 when through number of ownership changes (CBS owned it at one time and was part of their WPB cluster) and the calls eventually ended up back on 1000 AM. 99.5 FM is know currently owned by Glades Media and is known as Le Lay 99.5 with Spanish programming. Again, 1000 AM is off the air.
