The tragedy of this embarrasing episode is it makes Christian look like uninformed alarmist. I'm bothered that at this hour,9:50pm on May 21st, Mr. Camping hasn't the decency to come on air and apologize to the Christioan community for his obvious mistake. If his history is true he'll give some ridiculous explanation as to why this didn't happen. As the Family Radio family, someone in the inner circle of this man should askhim to retire and leave the running of the operation to organization to others.

It is very sad. I heard Brother Camping make the same prediction 30 years ago. I stopped listening to Family Radio because of it. I turned to Family Radio again about 3 or 4 months ago and heard Brother Camping make the prediction for this May. I couldn't believe it. I just could not believe that he would do that again. The bible clearly states that no man knows the day or the hour that the Lord shall appear. No man. That includes Brother Camping.
