Good Afternoon: I am reaching out to you in regard to the attached News Report. https://wlos.com/news/local/investigation-underway-after-two-pedestrians-struck-on-sweeten-creek-road The pedestrians struck were my step son and his girlfriend. Initially his mother Nicole Kimble was informed that there were no witnesses to the accident. In addition, when the Emergency Responders arrived, the driver was not on the scene. I have also attached the police report and pictures that show my step son’s injuries. Please review the diagram of the police report because the story and diagram do not appear to make sense. Any information you can provide to report this would be very much appreciated to our families because our son and his birth mother are in Asheville NC and I and his father am in Florida. We have also contacted the NAACP and Black Lives Matter because our son was informed the driver is not being charged. We just want justice for him. Thank you
