Why is the WSCL signal so poor in Annapolis, MD. There has been steady deterioration in the signal over the past few months...????

After several months of a better signal, once again the WSCL signal is too weak for good reception in Annapolis. No changes to antenna or receiver. Why is this happening.. My last comments were on Oct, 3, 2015. I sure miss the programming on WSCL !!
