A multiple station shakeup centered around classical music has brought several changes to the radio dial in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• KDFC 102.1 FM in San Francisco will drop its classical format and simulcast classic rock station KUFX from San Jose.
• KUSF 90.3 FM will be sold to the University of Southern California and be part of a new classical music network.
• KNDL 89.9 FM (Now KDFC) has dropped its christian contemporary music format and has begun airing classical music.
