News/Talk station WMAL 630 AM in Washington, DC has added an FM simulcast on 105.9. The move leaves Classic Rock 105.9 The Edge WVRX without a home on the FM dial. The former Citadel stations were recently taken over by Cumulus in a 570 station deal.
