While modifying an old FM tuner for stereo, I noticed that KCMF is broadcasting classical music in monaural, there is no 19Khz pilot tone. Maybe they are experiencing a recent problem with their equipment or never did broadcast in stereo. I'm not a fan of MPR and usually listen to Classic Arts Showcase.
