Love and Terror in the Middle East, 4th Ed., by Frank Romano/ Book Signing
Saturday, Aug. 27, 2 pm, Barnes and Noble, 1163 Valley River Drive, Eugene, OR 97401
Love and Terror in the Middle East, 4th Ed. dramatically captures the author’s efforts to promote understanding and cooperation between Jews, Muslims and Christians. He has been harassed/arrested by the Palestinian police, harassed/arrested by Israeli soldiers and attacked by Israeli settlers.
This Fourth Edition includes a new chapter. It recounts a recent harrowing experience in the West Bank, trapped in the midst of rioting Palestinians following the killing of a Palestinian youth by Israeli soldiers.
He’s a tenured professor at the University of Paris and a member of the California and Marseille Bars.

Are you aware that for periods of tim, up to 10 to 30 minutes at a time, your broadcasts are fragmented, sounding like gibberish. It's been going on intermittently for several months. The most recent time was at 6:30 PM today at the beginning of Market Place. I am a sustaining circle member and feel that your technology should be able to stop this from happening. I also have access to AM550 out of Corvallis, and when switching to that station the transmission is clear, and switching back to 1600 it remains garbled. It seems like it originates at the Eugene location. It is very annoying and I hope you will be able to correct it. Please resopnd with your explanation.
