This call sign (KPPO), have a cp only, but is operating on and off the air at a wrong frequency, which is a violation of FCC rules and Aeronauical Study No 2007-AWP3616-OE. He's creating Intermod interference with Aeronautical frequencies and needs to shut down. The OE issued on this clearly states, that this owner coordinate frquency activation and verify that no interference is caused to FAA facilities prior to beginning of any transmission. We're in the procees of reporting him to the FCC.
