why does that McGraw guy have such a "HARD ON" with independent municipal police departments . . . years after REFORM, he still whimpers & whines about PINE LAWN and TICKETS ! . . . did it ever occur to him that perhaps the communities that he notably references want THEIR OWN police departments and not STL COUNTY or STL CITY ? . . . especially in light of what officers of these agencies have been posting on social media about minorities in these communities that they'd be tasked to police !! If memory serves me, McGraw is a "transplant" to this area anyway . . . "we ain't Indians McGraw, no white rule wanted here !"
