I live in Crossville, TN. and only listen to 96.3 FM. I am very happy with 95% of what I listen too but I cannot believe on how poorly your technical people handle the time frame of 8::00 AM to 9:00 AM. Between the minute or two of silence, the beeping and voice saying 15 seconds etc you should be ashamed. I am now retired but when I was working I traveled all over the county and believe me your station is the worst in this time frame. Hope you either train this person that runs this time frame or get rid of him. All I am asking for is someone to look at the problem and correct it. Your sponsors and customers deserve better. Thank you, PS I owned my own business for many years and always wanted and gave my customers a good product I hope you will do the same.
