It seems that Vernard Terry has done it again. He came into the Martinsville Virginia area proposing low-budget advertising on WFIC-1530. After receiving a lot of money from local merchants he decides to pull the plug and move-on with reimbursing the people of this area. This is the same thing that is being complained about in Halifax VA and South Boston VA merchants. Don't trust this guy with your money.
