Public Service Announcement Bay City State Recreation Area Winter Fest: Saturday Feb. 18: 9am-7pm Department of Natural Resources hosting 24th annual Winter Festival offered on Michigan’s Free Fishing Weekend. Activities including youth Ice Fishing, bird hikes and identification, Native American Snow Snake Clinic, and hikes to the beaver lodge and eagle nest viewing site among many indoor and outdoor activities.
