Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Virginia is holding Walk Like MADD on May 7 at 9 am at Fallon Park in Roanoke. This 5k (3.1 mile) non- competitive Walk is a good opportunity for people of all ages to come together to help stop impaired driving. Two in three people will be impacted by an impaired driving crash in their lifetime.
Please get your club, friends, or school to sign up to Walk. You can form a team or Walk as individuals. The registration site is www.walklikemadd.org/roanoke.
Contact me if you have any questions about the Walk or about MADD. Area Law Enforcement will have a big presence at the Walk including a DUI Simulator Golf Cart.
