Free Community Preparedness Fair in Rancho Cucamonga September 12th, 2015 Honeyville’s third annual preparedness fair provides education, demonstrations, and solutions for families facing the California drought. September is National Preparedness Month and Honeyville Farms in Rancho Cucamonga is educating the public. Honeyville has partnered with READYRC the Emergency Management Department for the City of Rancho Cucamonga to provide education on the ever looming subject of preparedness. With an added emphasis on helping families prepare and survive the severe California drought Honeyville Farms is hosting their third annual free family friendly preparedness fair on September 12th from 10am-4pm at their store, located at 9175 Milliken Ave. Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In prior years an estimated 500 have been in attendance at the Community Preparedness Fair! Would you know what to do if there was an earthquake, fire, complete water shortage, power outage or even job loss? Many people wait until an unexpected event happens to make preparations. Tim Devey, Marketing Director for Honeyville stated, “Our free preparedness fair give those in our community the opportunity to receive free education on how to prepare for emergencies. Preparedness can be a scary subject. Let’s face it, no one wants to think about the worst case scenario, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be ready. That is why in partnership with the City of Rancho Cucamonga’s Emergency Department we provide a fun opportunity for families in our communities to learn the basics of preparedness in a fun and interactive atmosphere.” The preparedness fair at Honeyville will feature a collection of educational outdoor booths from local organizations on various preparedness and self-reliance subjects. Additionally, free classes and in-store demos will be hosted throughout the day along with free food samples. Those who attend the event will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for the chance to win water filters, water storage containers, freeze dried foods, and more! Classes are as follows: 10:30AM - Are You Really Prepared? - Speaker: Skip Clemens 12:00PM - Water 101 - Speaker: Stephanie Young 1:30PM - 72 Hour Kits - Speaker: Skip Clemens 3:00PM - Meals In A Jar- Speaker: Claudia Nixon We invite you to help Honeyville spread the word and help our communities get prepared in September by attending and inviting your listeners to this community event.

To whom it May Concern, This is a comment regarding any open job positions in the radio station. I have 3 years of experience working with a radio station and know the basics, even though each station has their own ways of doing things. I am intrigued by radio and would like to further my career and hope you see that my experience would align with the radio. I would love to chat more about my past experiences with you. I am positive that I would be a valuable asset to the radio! I hope to hear back from you in the near future, hopefully good news. Thank you so much for your time and have a good Tuesday! Kindest Regards, Victoria Layer

A 72-year-old Rialto California painter is going viral. A 20-year-old girl was passing through her street from her house and she saw Mr. Vito Sanz with his art work outside his home and she asked if she can take some pictures of his artwork and of himself, in which Mr. Vito Sanz agreed. Then she asked permission to put them on social media, and again he agreed. What nobody imagined, happened. In three days, her post had over 20K views and likes. The young woman put her post on her twitter to help the painter and his family. But the young woman was completely surprised with the whole thing going viral. In the midst of a pandemic where there are high levels of unemployment, for Mr. Vito Sanz and his family this was just a small light of hope. Grateful to the young woman for her help, they now have something to look forward to, people who are interested in his artwork.
