THE LONGEST NIGHT/BLUE CHRISTMAS, DEC 21 On the longest night of the year, December 21, First Presbyterian Church of Oskaloosa is offering a special kind of service online. It is called a ‘Blue Christmas’. The name recognizes that, for many, this season is difficult in spite of its glitz and fun activities. Perhaps you’re dealing with a loss of a loved one. Perhaps you are tired of virus or all the conflict and tension in the world. Perhaps you are experiencing other defeats. The thing is - God knows and He is still with us. Thus, at 6pm on Monday, Dec 21, go online to First Presbyterian Church’s Facebook page and participate in the short, live-streamed service.
