Hello and greetings from Hagerstown Md. My name is Dan and I have a wonderful/inspiring story I would love to share with you. Three years ago in April, I began a journey, a journey to get me life back. I was six hundred and twenty five pounds. I had given up on life, hated myself, people, life and I hated God. I lived in a very dark prison. How I got to that place is a story in itself, how I got out, reconnected with God and were I am is the good stuff. I have found my puspose and direction in life. I see so much love and beauty all around me. I love sharing and helping others. Its all about pleasing God and giving back. Im a blessed and lucky man. As I type this message to you, I am down 365 pounds, no more cane, no more meds, im alive and living in full color. I do lectures at high schools and college classrooms, weight loss groups and anybody who wants to listen. I have worked in radio off and on for years. Im currently writing my story with my beautiful Angel that God sent to me. I would love to be part of your team. I have same great ideas about a positive, uplifting, fun inspiring show aka "Getting My Life Back..With Dan and Trish. I would love to talk with you and even be a guest on any of your programs. The local media has been following me over the past two years, several magazines and tv shows have done my story. I love sharing and helping others, its what God wants me to do. I have a blog page and many links to my story but it reads here not to include links, love to share more with you. Have a great day and thank you for your time....PEACE...Dan -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How does a man get to 625 pounds? Better yet, how does that same man, get his life back? I'm not a doctor. I have no certificates or plaques on my wall. I'm simply a man whose lack of health kept him out of thework force for two years. In those two years, spent fighting for my life, I dreamt of the moment when I could say: I'm Back! 350 pounds lighter, I spend my off time lecturing in the Maryland area, motivating others in desperate need of my help as I once was myself, but I'm ready to step back into the work force. I want to do my part and get back to my work ethics. I hope we can speak soon.
