Zeeland Woman Overcomes Obesity - Sheds Excess Pounds thru Non-Profit
This is the time of year when all those new year’s resolutions to lose weight and get healthy are so often broken, but they don’t have to be.
Tammy Andringa of Zeeland shed 43 pounds through the non-profit weight loss and support organization TOPS Take Off Pounds Sensibly (www.tops.org).
She’s an excellent example of healthy, sustainable weight loss. The information, tools and support she receives from TOPS and her fellow members at their weekly meetings, along with portion control and regular exercise, are the key elements to her accomplishment and are essential for long-term success.
She is willing to share her weight loss journey in hopes of helping others.
