Hello! I am a listener and wanted to give a huge shout-out to Kennedy! This morning she shared that she had spent some time at McLean in May. Kudos to her for being so open and honest! I work in the mental health field and it is amazing how we still suffer from stigma. Kennedy was fantastic to let the listeners know! The more people (especially celebrities!) who share their experiences, the more educated we all become and hopefully also help to erase the stigma of taking care of our mental health.
