I woulsd like to get the free concerts for the Hill Country Community Band in Wimberly,(a non-profit, volunteer group) announced on your program and put on you events calendar. There are only about four per year and I can send a paragraph each time one is coming up? Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi. Great station. Been listening since 1981. Larry Monroe taught me everything he could about Texas music. And I am grateful.
Back in the day I shot studio portraits of all the KUT DJ’s including Walter Morgan and an executive portrait of Bill Ahros and his team on the Studio 1A set. How this all came about is a great story if your listeners would like to hear. I’ve interviewed on KUT a number of times with Dave Oberman.
I have 100’s of stories about Texas musicians that literally will cause you to gut-laugh! A couple of my faves are the Eric Johnson and Lyle Lovett stories. These memories keep me laughing. I have hundreds of cool music stories.
My.full name with a dot com after it displays these portraits. Thanks in advance for looking.

Request for PSA (*last chance) voter registration drive
We have over a dozen volunteer deputy voter registrars manning a drive through, covid friendly voter registration drive on the 2nd and 5th of October (this is the last day to register for November's Election.) It is being held at the Jester Annex 1801 E. Old Settlers Blvd. Round Rock 9AM-6PM both days.
We will also be available to answer questions concerning voting; mail in ballets, polling locations, sample ballots and the like. I have included a flyer.
Thank you for your assistance in getting the word out.
Call me with questions.
All the best.
