Please keep publicizing the controversy over obama calling our school system and offering himself as commencement speaker. We should not use this important day in the lives of our children in order for obama to show he has "fans in the Heartland" or whatever similiar purpose the White House has. This should be a non-political day. Many of us are furious at the idea that we are helping obama in his campaign (yes, we know this is a campaign event) at this important time in our country's history. This is an area that voted for Santorum overwhelmingly over Romney -- we are a conservative town. We do not want this!

Obama is a fantastic president and we love him here in Joplin. And Santorum is a wacko nutjob. Nobody in their right mind would vote for that reich wing moron.
