This is NOT a jazz station any more. It switched formats and abandoned a historic and well loved music for the Monterey Bay Area. I haven't listened since, and the ratings show that not many more are listening either. It's always a shame when "new" management decides that its better to play their kind of music, than what had become an important part of so many lives. Destroying a historic building takes public approval. Destroying the public airwaves can be had by the highest bidder. How unamerican.
